Qiuyang Lu

Qiuyang Lu is a Senior Transportation Engineer at the Institute for Transport and Development Policy, with expertise in transport demand modeling, public policy, and logistics and supply chain management. Her recent work centers on the electrification of transportation, including electric two- and three-wheelers, trucks, and buses. Qiuyang holds a master’s degree in Transport from Imperial College London and University College London, and dual bachelor’s degrees in Logistics and Operations from Cardiff University and Transportation from Dalian Maritime University.
